All bracing and hardware included. Area wall between office and hanger is configured for block by others to assist with firewall. 4 inch R13 batt with radiant barrier and white faced insulation is included for 3 sided office area and roof. 4 steel entry doors included but framed openings for windows only provided. Freight is not included in price and can be configured depending on destination. The building system can be configured for other areas of building locations – $500.00 design and price fee is required to reconfigure price confirm only for another location which can take many hours of work to achieve its accuracy.
