Insulation
Insulation is made-to-order in one of many plants around the US and shipped to you via LTL or another freight method. When an order for insulation is placed, you will typically receive the product onsite within two weeks. We can expedite and rush orders if you need it quicker than that. Just contact us and we will see what we can do! Typically we can arrange with the plant to get smaller orders out within days. Insulation orders over $2,500 ship free!
It is the onsite receivers responsibility to inventory the material as it is unloaded. Any damaged materials or shortages must be noted on the driver’s Bill of Lading. Failure to note shortages may result in denial of claims.

Steel Building Components
Orders for building components are shipped from one of several locations via LTL or other freight method. Once a building components order is placed, it typically ships within two weeks, but can sometimes be expedited. If you need an order quickly, please contact us so we can see what can be done.

Steel Building Packages
Steel building packages are shipped directly to your job site via freight, or we can also arrange for FOB to allow you to arrange your own freight pickup.
Insulation Return Policy
Only full non-cut rolls of insulation or boxes of materials that are undamaged and still in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of the delivery received date.
Any specialty facings other than white color or requested cut materials cannot be accepted.
There is a 35% restocking fee – All returns must go back to the original distribution plant. Once the materials are received and accepted in their original condition, we can refund the amount less 35% of the purchase price. Contact us at info@lthsteelstructures.com within 30 days with an order number and list of what is being returned for return authorization before sending or taking material back to the plant. Customer is responsible for all logistics and costs related to returns.
