Another LTH Steel frame home package that keeps it all simple and inexpensive. Large windows throughout the home makes for lots of daylight and adds to the appearance. This steel home package has a master suite, master bath, large great room, 2 good size bedrooms. Also it has a very functional kitchen with open dining room and attached utility room. This plan is designed for concrete slab foundation, although we can recreate the layout for a full basement using light gauge steel floor joist or floor trusses. If a crawl space is needed, we can do that basically the same way. All the steel frame home packages listed are designed to be highly energy efficient, no maintenance required, a green recycled product, giving our customers more satisfaction of owning their new home.
